Not just a classroom - it’s a place where children are challenged to grow through relevant and application oriented teaching. We include
- praise and worship
- drama and puppets
- creative centers
- application-centered arts and crafts
- small groups time
Designed specifically for discipling elementary-age kids. The number of days from when a child enters kindergarten to the day they start 6th grade is 2190.
Club 2190 has a smaller group format where we revisit what we’ve learned from Sunday, but takes it a step further so kids can apply God’s word to their lives. Sundays ask “So what?” Wednesdays ask “Now what?”
All throughout the year, we gather together outside of Wednesday or Sunday to have fun and learn about God! These events are designed to invite friends and neighbors to - anything from a water party, to a slime party, to a rodeo.

Hi, I’m DJ.

I lead our KidZone elementary ministry at Good News Church. My wife Rebecca and I have been married for 24 years and have 3 great kids.

I have been a part of kids ministry for over 20 years, 16 of which I have been on staff at the church. Its an honor to partner with parents to raise kids to be like Jesus!
